Today we will look at some helpful tips for dieting as well as a meal plan for the day for a perfect body line.


The best time for breakfast is from 8:00 to 8:30, because the body is already awakened the hormone which starts the engines for the daily activities and therefor the ingested food is quickly consumed. Breakfast should contain a lot of carbohydrates.

Breakfast: Coffee or tea with sweetener, yoghurt or glass of milk with, or 5 dry biscuits or 50g of corn flakes with honey and a glass of orange juice. The high percentage of sugar helps you to have more energy and to avoid lowering of your blood sugar within 3 hours after breakfast.

Snack: a Banana and a cup of tea at 11:30. Banana is rich in starch which gives a feeling of satiety and also prevents the lowering of blood sugar. This reduces the hunger caused from the tea.

From 12:00 to 14:00 the digestive organs work the most.

Lunch: Mixed vegetables with boiled egg or ½ slice of mozzarella or a can of tuna with spoon of oil, lemon juice, salt and fruit. Despite the small amount of calories, this meal provides protein and carbohydrates which will give you energy for the next 3-4 hours.

Snack: An apple with a glass of water. The sugars that are found in the apple maintain blood sugar levels and the water increases the effect of pectin, a type of fiber that is rich in the apple.

From 18:00 to 20:00 the senses of smell and taste are more sensitive.

At 18:00 drink a glass of fresh orange juice. The water that is in the juice spreads the cells in the stomach and fills them with vitamins and minerals, which helps to maintain the balance of hormones and regulate the feeling of hunger.

At 19:00 snack two pieces of ham and two pieces of celery or carrots with parmesan cheese and orange juice. If you eat this small meal with a lot of proteins 15 minutes before dinner, you’ll stimulate the hormone that reduces hunger.

Dinner: Vegetable soup with two pieces of toast, a tablespoon of oil, 200g of steamed fish, or 200g grilled meat, salad seasoned with lemon and yoghurt. You should have a light meal; that won’t burden the digestive tract.

23:00, drink a glass of fresh orange juice or coca cola light. This will give you a feeling of satiety.
